To pair a TV: the TV shows a QR code and a 6-digit code during setup. Scan the QR on the TV screen with your phone — it opens the Admin Panel with the device pending. Confirm by entering the 6-digit code shown on the TV, then assign the property, room, and device name.
The TV does not scan anything and needs no camera. Health check: /api/health
